A frosted opal globe cradled at the top of a slim chrome stem by an arcing yoke that splits and rejoins around it — the Solus Arc Floor Lamp lifts the sphere to standing height on a single line. The disc base anchors the column; everything above is drawing, not mass.
Light pools through the opal acrylic — soft, directionless, with no visible bulb to read as machinery. The chrome stem and yoke catch surrounding light and recede; the sphere is the only object in the piece, held at eye level by the arcing frame.
