The Iris Bahia Single Ring Floor Lamp reduces the lamp to its most distilled form: a single luminous ring suspended above a tripod base. The fabric-covered ring contains the LED source entirely, producing a diffused halo rather than a directed beam — the light registers as object before it registers as function.
The tripod base gives the lamp a considered instability — three points rather than a mass, holding the ring at height without visual weight. Against a plain wall or in an open corner, the composition reads as sculpture that happens to illuminate.
